These historic partnerships continue through the church’s membership in CWM Cevaa and Quaker Peace and Service.

Today FJKM is the largest Protestant church in Madagascar. It operates with a Presbyterian-Synodal structure. Congregations are organized into regional synods that meet annually. A national synod convenes every four years. The national council with 80 members meets twice a year.
