Why is this place called Bosque Mágico Coca-Cola? Well, this amusement park, right here in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, actually closed its doors in 2022. It was a bittersweet moment for many. For almost 28 years, Bosque Mágico Coca-Cola brought joy and laughter to generations.

The park decided to donate its infrastructure to the city. It became part of a bigger project, the Gran Parque, a massive green space that will eventually encompass La Pastora, Parque de La Silla, and the former Bosque Mágico.

Imagine a sprawling park, almost the size of Parque Fundidora, designed to be a green lung for the city. It will be interesting to see how the city will transform this space. The area will include pedestrian areas, bike paths, conservation zones, water features, and even auditoriums. This ambitious plan is set to be a major attraction, especially with the FIFA World Cup coming to Mexico in 2026!
