Look at this stone. It may not look like much, but it’s a remarkable piece of history. This is the Maqam Ibrahim, the Station of Abraham. It is said to be the place where the Prophet Abraham stood while building the Kaaba, the holiest structure in Islam. In fact, legend says that when the walls of the Kaaba became too tall for Abraham to reach, the Maqam Ibrahim miraculously rose so that he could continue building!
