Opened in 1857, Emirates Old Trafford has witnessed over a century of thrilling cricket. It’s the second oldest Test venue in England, after The Oval. Emirates Old Trafford is home to Lancashire County Cricket Club. The ground has seen historic moments, like the first Ashes Test in England in 1884. Think of Jim Laker’s incredible 19 wickets for 90 runs against Australia in 1956, a record that remains untouched. A young Sachin Tendulkar also scored his first international century here in 1990, a pivotal moment in his legendary career.
