The tower boasts a floor area of 74874 square meters. That is 805940 square feet. Nine lifts efficiently move people throughout the building.

KLCC Properties Holdings Berhad developed Maxis Tower. They did this under Phase 1 of the KLCC project. Impian Klasik Sdn Bhd owns the building. Tanjong holds a 67% stake. KLCCP holds a 33% stake. Maxis Tower sits in the northwest corner of the KLCC development. It stands adjacent to the Petronas Twin Towers.
