During the season you can rent everything you need for skiing. The ski lift takes you up. There are two pistes to ski down. The length of the slope is 400 meters. The drop is 80 meters.
Jönköpings Slalomklubb drives snow production in Järabacken. They also ensure the lift is running. You can also find ski rentals and a staffed cafeteria here. The JSLK also runs a ski school. Instructors are trained by Friluftsfrämjandet.
Friluftsfrämjandet offers BiSki. It is functional downhill skiing in Järabacken. This ensures that everyone has the opportunity to ski. It does not matter their background or functional impairment.
