The Jane and Robert Cizik School of Nursing is highly ranked. It is in the top five percent nationally. It was established in 1972. In 2017, the school was renamed. This honored a $25 million donation from Jane and Robert Cizik.

UTHealth D. Bradley McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics is the newest school. It changed its name in 2023. This followed a large investment from D. Bradley McWilliams.
