Here we stand, before Seoul Grace Church, a testament to faith and global outreach in the heart of Gangdong-gu, Seoul. Founded in 2004 by Pastor Kiyoung Han, commissioned as a missionary to Seoul, this church carries a unique legacy linked to Grace Korean Church in the US. Two months after its founding, Pastor David Kwangshin Kim, a pivotal figure in both churches and the Grace Ministries International (GMI), graced this very spot. The first Sunday service resonated within these walls on November 28, 2004, marking a new chapter in Seoul’s spiritual landscape. Seoul Grace Church isn’t just a local sanctuary. It’s a vibrant part of a vast network of faith and mission, woven together by GMI. This organization, spearheaded by Pastor Kim, a fourth-generation Christian and Seoul National University graduate, has planted churches across the globe. By 2006, the combined efforts of Seoul Grace Church, Grace Korean Church, and GMI had dispatched over 250 missionaries to more than 50 countries.
