Wasn’t it amazing how faith can move mountains? Or in this case how faith built a church. Right here before us stands the New Community Fellowship Church. A testament to the power of prayer and community. This wasn’t always a grand building. In 1999 New Community was a much smaller congregation. They needed a bigger space to accommodate their growing number of members about 400 at the time. After much prayer and fasting they found a new home. They purchased a building previously used by a Jewish congregation. This building in Cleveland Heights could seat 650 worshippers a significant upgrade for their community. It wasn’t just the building though. The real growth was in the people. Over the years New Community expanded its ministries. They added new programs for women men children and teens. They even produced their own music CD. They also embraced outreach programs partnering with local and international mission groups. This wasn’t just a church it was a vibrant hub. The church family was a source of strength and support for everyone involved. This dedication to faith and service is what made New Community Fellowship Church truly special. It’s a place of learning and growth. A place where prayer and fasting are important practices. It emphasizes Christian maturity Christian service strong family values and reaching out to those who need help. They now have over 2300 members conducting three services on Sunday mornings.
