Could the walls of a gallery breathe? Gallery SoSo began its journey in 2007. It started in Heyri Village. This village is in Paju. The gallery sought to connect with Korean artists. It aimed to harmonize like a wooden structure blends with nature.
Since opening Gallery SoSo has hosted about seven exhibitions each year. It actively participates in art fairs both in Korea and internationally. The gallery has grown alongside great artists. These artists lead Korean contemporary art.
In 2022 Gallery SoSo sought new heights. It wanted to contribute to Korean contemporary art’s development. With the help of art-loving sponsors the gallery opened The SoSo. This is an exhibition space in Seoul.

Do you want to visit? The gallery is open Wednesday to Sunday. Visiting hours are from 13:00 to 18:00. Gallery SoSo is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Keep in mind exhibition preparation may cause temporary closures.

Gallery SoSo has showcased various exhibitions over the years. In 2020 the gallery presented “Square.” Artists Kim In-young Kim Hyeong-kwan Min Yoo-jung Lee Hye-in and Choi Young-bin participated. Another exhibition was named “Sal. Mom. Blood.” Jung Jung-yeob and Lee Hae-min-sun were featured artists. “Make a little Make it High” featured artist Yoon Sang-ryeol. There was also a Winter Private Exhibition.
