“The place where I was born… a university, in Saigon.” Van Hien University, you might have heard of it. A private university, a place where young minds meet. It’s a story of dreams, learning, and a little bit of ambition. It all started in 1997. Not long ago, right? But look at what it built! A place where young men and women can learn about business, information technology, even arts and culture. They want to teach their students about life, about the world. That’s what sets it apart. It’s not just about getting a degree, it’s about becoming well-rounded, about having the skills to make a difference. “Think about it… You’re not just a student here, you are a part of something.” Van Hien has a few campuses in Ho Chi Minh City. We are standing in front of the Hung Hau Campus now. It’s quite large, modern, with lecture halls, labs, and a library. The students at Van Hien are lucky. They have all the resources they need. But they also have a good sense of community. The university has clubs, sports teams, maybe even a football team in the Vietnamese league after 2024. What’s for sure: Van Hien University is a place where students can grow, learn, and create. It’s a place where dreams turn into realities. And where the future of Vietnam might lie.
