In 1993, the entire house was carefully deconstructed, piece by piece. It was then moved to its current location in the park and meticulously reassembled. This careful relocation ensured the preservation of a vital piece of Cancún’s history. Casa Lima Museo Parque officially opened its doors on May 1, 1998.
