It is a mission to impact campuses, communities and the world for Christ. The Remnant Presbyterian Church seeks to make disciples of all nations.
The Remnant Presbyterian Church challenges people to make a radical commitment to the local church. It believes it is through the church that God accomplishes His plan. The church aims to produce kingdom workers. These workers should be faithful, available, teachable and sacrificial. The Remnant Presbyterian Church values worship, growth, accountability and participation.
The church’s statement of faith is deeply rooted in the Bible. The Holy Scriptures are the inerrant rule of faith. They believe in one God. God is a spirit. He is self-existent and omnipresent. He distinguishes Himself from all other gods and creation. The church believes in the Trinity. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one in trinity. They are equal in power and glory.
The Remnant Presbyterian Church believes God created man in His own image. Man has knowledge, righteousness and holiness. God sent Jesus Christ to save man from sin. Through Jesus Christ, man can be saved. The Holy Spirit works salvation in man. The Holy Spirit convicts man of sin and misery.
The sacraments are baptism and Holy Communion. Baptism is administered in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It signifies union with Christ. Holy Communion remembers Christ’s death.
All believers should join in church membership. They should have fellowship and observe the sacraments. They should obey God’s laws. The Remnant Presbyterian Church endeavors to promote the expansion of Christ’s Kingdom. They wait expectantly for the appearance of the Lord in His glory.
