“Supernatural” doesn’t even begin to describe the story I am about to tell you about Faith Bible Baptist Church. It’s a story of faith community and devotion. We will explore what makes this church special.

Faith Bible Baptist Church believes in a supernatural Bible. This Bible tells of a supernatural Christ. He spoke supernatural words. He performed supernatural miracles. Christ lived a supernatural life. He died a supernatural death. He rose in supernatural splendor. He intercedes as the supernatural High Priest. One day, Christ will return in supernatural glory. He will establish a supernatural kingdom on this earth. He will rule and reign for one thousand years.
The church believes the Holy Bible was written by men. These men were supernaturally inspired. The church teaches that the Bible is inerrant and infallible. Faith Bible Baptist Church believes in one living God. It is an infinite intelligent Spirit. He is the Creator and supreme ruler of heaven and earth. The Holy Spirit is a divine person. The Holy Spirit is equal with God the Father and God the Son.
Faith Bible Baptist Church believes that Satan was once holy. He enjoyed heavenly honors. He fell through pride and ambition. He wanted to be as the Almighty. Satan drew after him a host of angels. He is now the malignant prince. He is the power of the air. He is the unholy god of the world.
The church believes in the Genesis account of creation. It is to be accepted literally. It is not allegorically or figuratively. Man was created in innocence. He was under the law of his Maker. He fell from his sinless state by voluntary transgression. All mankind are now sinners as a result. It is not by constraint but of choice. Mankind is under just condemnation without defense.
Faith Bible Baptist Church believes Jesus Christ was begotten of the Holy Ghost. This happened in a miraculous manner. He was born of Mary a virgin. The salvation of sinners is wholly of grace. It is only by the death of Jesus Christ. Sinners must be born again to be saved. The new birth is a new creation in Christ Jesus. It is instantaneous and not a process.
The blessings of salvation are made free to all by the Gospel. Repentance and faith are solemn obligations. These are graces wrought in our souls by the Spirit of God. A Baptist Church is a congregation. It consists of baptized believers. They are associated by a covenant of faith. They share fellowship of the Gospel.
Christian baptism is immersion in water. It is done in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Members commemorate Christ’s dying love in the Lord’s Supper. They use bread and fruit of the vine. This is always preceded by self-examination. True believers endure to the end.
There is a radical difference between the righteous and the wicked. Civil government is of Divine appointment. It is for the interest and good of human society. Christ arose bodily the third day. Christ will return to rule the Earth one day. The command to give the gospel to the world is clear. This Commission was given to the churches. Scriptural giving is fundamental to the faith at Faith Bible Baptist Church.
