Townhouses and apartments offer a unique living experience here at Boston College. We are standing in front of Gabelli Hall. It is named after Mario Gabelli a benefactor of the University. Completed in 1988, Gabelli Hall provides space for 384 upperclassmen.
Gabelli Hall together with Voute Hall are the closest things to luxury living on the Boston College campus. Gabelli Hall is known for its seventeen legendary townhouses. Each townhouse has two bedrooms a full kitchen a dining room a living room and a full bath. For those with great pick times not wanting to deal with the atmosphere of the Mods Gabelli and Voute are often first choices.
The walk to Gabelli Hall is a trek. Stairs seem to be everywhere but other than that there is not much negative to say about it. The inside of the dorm is nice. The lounges are large and comfortable making them perfectly accommodating to both partying and studying. The outside is just as nice as the inside. Gabelli Hall is close to the T. Thus it is close to Dunkin Donuts White Mountain Bank of America and the Career Center. The potential for underclassmen traffic is almost non-existent creating an air of exclusivity.
