Founded in 1988 the \u00c9glise de Dieu en Christ began its journey. Missionary brothers came to Montreal to share the Gospel. Young men volunteered in the city. A church was rented and later purchased on Jarry Street. Cultes continue to this day at the \u00c9glise de Dieu en Christ.

From 1992 missionaries and volunteers settled near Acton Vale and Roxton Falls. They worshipped with the Montreal congregation. Later they started holding services in Roxton Falls. In 2002 a new church was built there. Locals joined those from other provinces and the United States. Services are held in both French and English at the \u00c9glise de Dieu en Christ.

For a few years, the church also had a mission in Quebec. Meetings were held in Saint-Isidore and Parisville. Today, the \u00c9glise de Dieu en Christ community consists of about one hundred people in Quebec. They come from diverse backgrounds. They are united by the Bible and their faith in God.
