The Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación has many learning spaces. It features 15 lecture halls and 4 normal graphic classrooms. A large graphic classroom can accommodate over 300 students for exams. Several multipurpose rooms are available as well as a construction museum classroom. Physics and materials laboratories are available. There is also an installations classroom and seven computer rooms.

The construction museum classroom is unique. It boasts 120 construction units at a 1:1 scale. These units have descriptive legends. They also use the same materials and construction techniques. These techniques are currently used. The classroom occupies 420 square meters. The lobby showcases 42 samples of traditional coatings. Students can explore two walkways for different viewing angles.

The Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación maintains international collaborations. It has 25 student exchange agreements. Twenty-two of these are Erasmus agreements. Three are Magalhaes agreements. There is also an agreement with the University of Havana. This offers 30 places to complete the Final Project in Cuba.

The Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación is recognized as one of Spain’s best. According to El Mundo it is the best. It is ahead of the University of Seville and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. It is immersed in continuous improvement. It offers tutorial and mentorship programs. Most students find jobs before graduating.

The Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación fosters student engagement through various associations. These associations organize diverse activities. The Cultural Week held in April includes tournaments and competitions. It ends with the San Cemento party on Thursday. The Tuna de la Escuela organizes a bricklaying contest. Students construct elements assigned by the Tuna.
