Athens Integral Cooperative began as a research group in 2016. Driven by the urgent need to address the housing crisis in Greece, its members sought effective solutions. They drew inspiration from successful cooperative housing models implemented abroad.
Since November 2017, the Athens Integral Cooperative has hosted participatory design workshops. They diagnose local housing needs. They explore the possibilities for creating the first cooperative housing project in Athens.
