Eager to discover a place where sports and recreation meet? Welcome to the Bukit Kiara National Sports Complex. This is Kuala Lumpur’s premier sports destination. It offers diverse facilities for athletes and families.

The Bukit Kiara Sports Complex is the main sports complex in Bukit Kiara. Juara Stadium and the National Lawn Bowls Centre are here too.

More than just a sports venue, Bukit Kiara encourages an active lifestyle. It provides a host of sporting and recreational facilities. An award-winning swimming pool is designed for the entire family. A giant sports complex offers sports enthusiasts a great workout.

Inside, discover a fully integrated fitness center. There is a gymnasium, aerobic room, sauna, and Jacuzzi. You can also enjoy Japanese baths, badminton, and squash courts. Other recreational facilities include a 12-lane bowling alley with a café.

Outdoors, six tennis courts await. Putting greens, basketball courts, and jogging grounds are available too. Archery can also be played.

The Fitness Centre opens early at 7:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm daily. Guest fees apply. Children under 15 are not allowed in the Fitness Centre. Contact the Sports Counter for inquiries. The phone numbers are 03-2095 3296 and 018-4744460.

The swimming pool has specific operation hours. It is open Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. On Mondays, it opens from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On Thursdays, it opens from 7:00 am to 11:59 am and reopens from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Mondays from 7:00 am to 2:59 pm and Thursdays from 12:00 noon to 2:59 pm are maintenance days. Changing rooms are open from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm. Guest fees apply. Inquiries about SCUBA diving can be directed to Mr. Jalil at Nautilus Diving Centre. His number is 0111-6711128.

Squash is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Guest fees apply. Contact 03-2095 3296 or 018-4744460 for bookings and inquiries.

Indoor and outdoor tennis courts operate from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Guest fees apply. There are also hourly rates for the indoor tennis court.

Badminton courts are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Guest fees apply. VIP badminton court charges also apply.

Indoor and outdoor basketball courts are available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. There are hourly court charges.

Table tennis facilities operate from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Guest fees apply. Contact 03-2095 3296 or 018-4744460 for inquiries.

The bowling alley opens at different times. From Monday to Friday, it is open from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public and school holidays, it is open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Fees vary. Group bookings are available.
