“Another district?” A voice echoes from the back as we approach Jingyang. Jingyang District is a vibrant part of Deyang, Sichuan Province. It sits in China. This district blends history with modern life.
Jingyang spans 684 square kilometers. Around 828,189 people call it home. That’s about 1,200 people per square kilometer.
The area is divided into subdistricts and towns. You will find Jingyang Subdistrict. There is also Jingdong Subdistrict and Bajiaojing Subdistrict. Donghu, Tianyuan, and Xiaogan Subdistricts are all here. Huangxu Town is one of seven towns. Xiaoquan, Bailong, and Dexin Towns add to the charm. Shuangdong, Xinzhong and Hexin Towns complete the list.
Imagine life in Wuhui village. It is in Xiaoquan town in Jingyang District. In 2015, about 4,274 people lived there. They occupied 1,473 households. The cultivated land covered around 823 acres.
Jingyang is also growing in transport. The Jingyang railway station is coming soon. It will be on the Chengdu–Mianyang–Leshan intercity railway. This will connect Jingyang even better.
