SRF was established by Paramahansa Yogananda. He was a God-realized Master who came to the West from India in 1920. His primary mission was to teach Kriya Yoga. The Self-Realization Fellowship Escondido Center is centrally located at 1299 Scenic Drive. The center is at the intersection of Del Dios Road and Scenic Drive. It is just north of Avenida Del Diablo. All are welcome to join Sunday-morning services. A morning meditation starts at 9 a.m. A reading service follows at 10 a.m. Sunday School classes are from 10 to 11 a.m. There are also meditation services on Thursday, Sunday and Friday evenings.
