Originally, the Rakuhoku Hankyu Square operated as QANAT Rakuhoku. It was an affiliate of Izumiya Co. The building expanded and reopened on December 6, 2019. It took the name Rakuhoku Hankyu Square. Now, it is an affiliate of H2O Retailing, Inc.

Benches are placed throughout the building for resting. This design creates a cozy atmosphere for visitors of Rakuhoku Hankyu Square.

The food department is named Hankyu. This is the name of a famous department store. It has a slightly tastier and more upscale selection of foods than other stores. Locals consider food from Rakuhoku Hankyu to be delicious.

Rakuhoku Hankyu Square contains many retail stores. There is an IZUMIYA food department. You can find QB House, a barbershop on the basement floor. ABC Mart, a shoe store, is on the ground floor. UNIQLO and GU are on the first floor. Starbucks is on the ground floor. Daiso is also on the first floor of Rakuhoku Hankyu Square.

The Daiso here is very popular. Customers often wait in line at the cash register. QB House also typically has a line of customers.

Rakuhoku Hankyu Square is open from 10 am to 9 pm. It is only closed on the first day of the year. However, some shops may have different hours.
