The four-dong Catholic Church building itself arose in 1995, a testament to the community’s dedication. Even before the church’s official completion, parishioners eagerly gathered. They held masses and fellowship meetings, solidifying their bonds. The name “Jeongneung 4-dong Catholic Church” officially emerged with the new building. On October 5th, 2001, Cheongju Jeongneung 4-dong Catholic Church opened its doors. It was a joyous occasion, a celebration of years of planning and dedication.
