Imagine tasting street tacos at 2 AM after a night out. Paco Loco offers that experience right here in Seoul. Paco Loco is a taste of those late-night taco runs. It might not win awards for its decor. Its simple interior features blank white walls. You will see Noksapyeong’s busy streets. But Paco Loco focuses on the food.
Paco Loco’s menu is straightforward. Do you want burritos or tacos? Choose hard or soft shells. Pick your filling. The explosion of flavor is complex. The chorizo burrito is highly recommended. It has onions and cilantro. Other spices add to its unique taste. Plenty of cheese oozes out.
Add the hot sauce to the nachos with salsa. Lick the grease from your fingers. Wash it all down with a Mexican beer like Tecate. Muy bien!
Some find the food fine but not great. One reviewer thought the beef short rib burrito was gristly. The al-pastor tacos were tasty. However they were not that cheap. The restaurant is small. It lacks much ambiance. Some say there are nicer places in Itaewon. These places may have better food. Some would prefer take away from Paco Loco.
Paco Loco opens from Tuesday to Sunday. The hours are 12 PM to 10 PM. A meal may cost around 8,000 won. You can find Paco Loco at Noksapyeong-daero 246 in Yongsan-gu.
