Commissioned by the Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Fund, this impressive work was created by artist Omni Amrany. It was the first commemorative statue installed outside the Wells Fargo Center, a fitting tribute to a player who left an indelible mark on the Philadelphia 76ers. The Wilt Chamberlain Statue was unveiled in June 2004, a moment witnessed by over one hundred people who gathered to honor the giant of basketball.
