Veer Towers West is one of two twin 37-story condominium towers. They stand tall within the CityCenter complex on the Las Vegas Strip. Finished in 2010, the towers opened on July 15. They quickly became a residential landmark.

Inside Veer Towers West, the lobby design is just as impressive. Metal and exposed concrete create a modern aesthetic. Artist Richard Long created mud drawings titled “Circle of Chance” and “Earth”. He used mud from England’s River Avon to create the art.
Adding to the ambiance, the corners of Veer Towers West are lit with subtle neon. This is achieved with an LED system. Lighting designer Yann Kersalé programmed this.
Veer Towers West achieved LEED Gold certification. This is thanks to its environmentally friendly design. Yellow paneling on the glass exterior reflects sunlight. It reduces energy costs.
Veer Towers West holds the distinction of being CityCenter’s only solely residential component. Each tower houses 335 units. Unit sizes range from 500 to 3,300 square feet. Residents can rent out their condos.
In late 2012, Ladder Capital purchased most unsold units in Veer Towers West. This included 427 condos. Only 11 penthouses remained available. Ladder began marketing its units in 2013.
