Seven thousand three hundred twenty-one people call Xa Long Hung home. That’s a lot of stories within eleven point sixty-two square kilometers. Xa Long Hung isn’t just a place on a map. Before 2010 Xa Long Hung was part of Long Thanh District. On February 5 2010 everything changed. The government issued Resolution 05 NQ-CP. This resolution officially incorporated Xa Long Hung into Bien Hoa City. It’s now a significant part of this bustling city’s fabric.
