K-Star Road stretches across four zones. It begins near Apgujeong Rodeo Station. It continues towards Cheongdam intersection. The 1.08km stretch along Apgujeong-ro is particularly popular. Seventeen 1.5-meter-high art toy statues line the road. They represent famous K-pop groups. Girls’ Generation EXO KARA and Block B are some examples. A larger 3-meter-high statue represents K-Star Road itself. These statues are called Gangnamdol a combination of Gangnam idol and doll. You can find miniature Gangnamdols and magnets at the Gangnamdol Haus souvenir shop. It’s located at Apgujeong Rodeo Station exit 7. It’s open from 10 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
