Originally operated by Marina Bay Complex Ltd it was acquired by Ocean Village Investments Ltd in 2006. Since then both Marina Bay and its neighbor Ocean Village Marina have undergone extensive modernization and expansion. They are now part of a larger waterfront development the Ocean Village Project.

Look closely You’ll see three impressive 17-storey towers. They boast residential and commercial spaces with striking blue glass balconies. These are the Grand Ocean Plaza Majestic Ocean Plaza and Royal Ocean Plaza. These modern buildings stand as a stark contrast to the historical backdrop. They are a testament to Gibraltar’s ambition.
