The Penn Athletic Field offers much more than just open space. It’s a community center. Check out the self-defense classes. Children aged 5-15 can learn Kenpo Karate. These classes are held every Wednesday and Thursday.

The field isn’t just for kids. The Summer Lunch Program runs from June 10th to August 2nd. It’s free for everyone 17 and younger. There’s something for everyone here at Penn Athletic Field. No registration is required for the lunch program. It is a great community resource.

Getting here is easy. You can drive from Interstate 805. Take State Route 54 east and follow the signs. Alternatively you can use public transport. The SDMTS Routes 961 and 962 serve the area.
