In 1977, Father Gioan Baotixita Nguyễn Văn Bình succeeded Father Gioan Baotixita Trần Ngọc Thọ. During his tenure, Father Gioan Baotixita renovated the church with the community. Over time, the parish grew steadily.
In 2010, Father Giuse Phạm Cao Thanh took over. He built a religious education center. This met the growing need for religious instruction. Today, the Kim Bích community thrives. Their faith deepens and their unity strengthens. This is evident through acts of charity and love.
