Established on April 26 1995 the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology HUTECH stands as a testament to Vietnam’s commitment to technological advancement. This impressive institution wasn’t always a fully-fledged university. It began its journey as a private institution. Only later did it transition to a public university. This happened thanks to Decision No 702/QD-TTg issued by the Prime Minister on May 19 2010.
HUTECH’s rise is a remarkable story of growth and evolution. It boasts several campuses in Ho Chi Minh City. The total area exceeds 100000 square meters. The university continues to expand its facilities. This includes the inauguration of a high-quality human resources training center. There is also the HUTECH Institute of Advanced Technology. These were added in 2016.
