To find St. Clare Church, take Exit 147 from I-35. This puts you onto the Access Road to Somerset Road. Turn north onto Somerset Road. The Church will be on the left side.
St. Clare offers several services. Mass is held on Saturday at 5:00 pm. On Sundays, there are two Masses. One is in Spanish at 8:30 am. The other is at 10:30 am. Weekday Masses are also available. Monday and Friday at 12:30 pm. Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 pm with Spanish.
Adoration takes place on weekdays. It runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This occurs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in the Adoration Chapel. On Fridays, there is also adoration in the church. It goes from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Confessions are heard on Fridays too. This happens from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
St Clare Parish Hall offers a versatile event space. It is situated in San Antonio. It offers a range of amenities for various occasions. The venue provides a welcoming atmosphere. It is perfect for gatherings, meetings, and celebrations.

The story of the earlier Saint Clare Parish begins far from here. Its roots trace back to the Mission Santa Clara de Asís in California. On January 12, 1777, Fathers Tomas de la Pena and Jose Antonio de Murguia celebrated Mass on the Guadalupe River’s west bank.
The parish community of that St. Clare originated from this mission. The original St. Clare Parish was built to take over the parochial functions of the Mission Santa Clara de Asís after it burned in 1925.
In 1926, Father Bulter ordered a statue of the Blessed Mother from Rome. Parishioners gathered in front of the mission. They carried the statue in a procession to the new St Clare church.
