It was in Babelsberger Straße 37. They officially became an evangelical free church. This marked a new chapter for Gemeinde auf dem Weg.
Today, Gemeinde auf dem Weg thrives. About 1,300 people attend services each Sunday. Around 700 are official members. The church also hosts international house groups. Pastors from Gemeinde auf dem Weg lead these groups. The church supports missionaries. They train and care for them.
