The grand opening of the first stage of Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark in the summer of 2007 was a significant event. The terminal offered a comprehensive suite of storage and customs clearance services. This facilitated smoother operations at both Saint Petersburg and Central Excise Customs. Osinovaya Roshcha’s story is one of continuous growth. In 2010, a state-of-the-art refrigerated warehouse opened its doors. This cutting-edge facility, equipped with the latest technology, exemplified modern warehouse logistics. It set a new standard for quality and high-tech service. Osinovaya Roshcha continued its expansion in 2013 with warehouse No. 1. This versatile warehouse provided both refrigerated and dry storage. It boasted modern racking systems and new reach trucks. Its large common area, complete with a cross-docking zone, provided ample operational space. This catered to a wide range of vehicles. The year 2014 saw the addition of a third dry A-class warehouse. This massive structure, spanning 52,000 square meters, provided storage for an impressive 86,000 pallets. Even in recent years, Osinovaya Roshcha has maintained its momentum. A fourth rental warehouse opened in March 2019, offering another 42,000 square meters of space. In late 2020, the first phase of a new dry warehouse added yet another 57,000 square meters to the complex. From its humble beginnings as a single bounded warehouse, Osinovaya Roshcha has blossomed. It stands as a symbol of progress and innovation in the world of logistics.
