The Magdalen Centre offers smaller serviced office and laboratory spaces. These range from 80 sq ft to about 2,500 sq ft. An extension was completed in 2002. It is called Magdalen Centre North. It provides larger spaces up to 11,500 sq ft. The combined facility totals 100,000 sq ft gross.

The Magdalen Centre provides a corporate headquarters-style reception area. It has a telephone switchboard service. Broadband internet is available. Occupiers can access additional services on a pay-as-you-use basis. These include postal, fax, photocopying, and secretarial services.

The Sadler Building features the Sadler Brasserie. There is also a separate bar area. A grab-and-go sandwich and coffee area is available. Four meeting rooms can be hired.

Mace was awarded a contract to deliver The Daubeny Project. This landmark project involves constructing three new laboratory and office buildings. Construction has started on these buildings. The Daubeny Project is a 450,000 sq ft commercial life science development. It is expected to be completed in 2026.

The Oxford Science Park continues to evolve. It expands to accommodate innovative firms. The acquisition of the Hinshelwood Building added space. The park submitted a detailed planning application for a new laboratory and office building on Plot 27. This new building will comprise over 75,000 sq ft.
