Didn’t it occur to you that knowledge grows in Edificio 4 – Facoltà di Agraria? Here at the University of Palermo, this building is a hub for agricultural studies. It is located at Viale delle Scienze. Edificio 4 is more than just a building. It is a place where future experts in agriculture are trained.
The Facoltà di Agraria includes three departments. These departments offer seven classrooms in Palermo. There are also three in Trapani. Additionally, there are three multimedia classrooms. Two are in Palermo. One is at the Marsala branch. The departments also have smaller teaching rooms. The facility has a library. It boasts over 35000 titles. That is a lot of books.
Edificio 4 provides diverse academic programs. One unique offering is an interfaculty master’s course. It focuses on Environmental Restoration and Natural Engineering. There is also a first-level inter-university course. It is in collaboration with the Escuela Universitaria de Ingenería Técnica Agrícola of Seville. This course is in Agroengineering. Environmental Restoration and Natural Engineering are also options. These are interfaculty courses. You can also study Science of Production and Agricultural Technologies. Forest and Environmental Sciences are available as well.
Within Edificio 4, the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Forestry Sciences provides student spaces. These include Artemide. G. Sgueglia is another. Athena is a gazebo area. Demetra is located near the Fierotti and Cullotta classrooms.
The library is in Edificio 4. It is located at entrance A on the first floor. The Aula Magna G.P. Ballatore is a notable space. It is at entrance C on the ground floor. It seats 152 people. Aula Fierotti seats 125. Aula Cullotta holds 200. These rooms host many lectures and events.
