Yeronga Anglican Church’s cornerstone was laid on November 25 1922. Alan Hunter Young a talented architect designed this Interwar Gothic masterpiece. Mr Stringer the builder brought the vision to life. The dedication ceremony took place on May 6 1923. The church stands as a silent tribute to those fallen soldiers.
