In 2025, HNTB Corporation, a leading infrastructure solutions company, chose the U.S. Bank Tower for its expanded Denver office. They recognized the tower’s strategic location, dynamic environment, and the inspiring views from the 20th floor. Their new office, designed by HNTB’s own Kathryn Rust, embodies a collaborative work style, complete with an open-concept kitchen at its heart.
