In 1985, they gathered at Durban’s Malibu Hotel, seeking guidance for a new era of faith in a rapidly changing South Africa. This meeting birthed the International Fellowship of Christian Churches, later renamed the International Federation of Christian Churches. The Christian Fellowship became a symbol of unity, a space where denominations faded and a shared love for Christ bound hearts together. The journey wasn’t without its challenges. The early days saw a struggle for balance between unity and the autonomy of individual churches.
