These were completed on July 28, making it the first Olympic venue in Beijing to be finished and used before the games. The Fengtai Secondary Softball Field is more than just a single field. The whole Fengtai Sports Center complex boasts two competition grounds, a training ground, and a backup field with a capacity of 3,500.
