Journey back in time to 1945. Xiaonanxinbao, nestled in Huailai County, was part of five districts. Fast forward to today, and Xiaonanxinbao has blossomed into a town. It governs one community and 21 villages, showcasing its growth and evolution. The town’s administrative center resides in Xiaogucheng Village. Xiaonanxinbao’s story is one of transformation. In 1956, it became a township. It briefly joined the Garden Commune in 1958 before regaining its independence as the Xiaonanxinbao Commune in 1961. The transition back to township status occurred in 1984. Then in 1996, it absorbed Waijinggou Township, further expanding its reach. Finally, in 2002, Xiaonanxinbao officially became a town. This vibrant town boasts a rich tapestry of villages. Names like Baizhuang, Duanzhuang, and Dingzhouying echo through its history. Xiaogucheng, Guanzhuang, and Tongzhuang add to the colorful mosaic. Daggucheng, Xiaoqiying, and Nanyao whisper tales of generations past. The list continues with Longbaoshan, Shibajia, and Xiaoshankou, each contributing to Xiaonanxinbao’s unique character. Shidong, Miaogong, Waijinggou, Lijinggou, Songpengsi, Xinzhuang, Huazhuang, and Shuitou complete the vibrant tableau. Xiaonanxinbao isn’t just a name on a map.
