Have you ever wondered what a radiant church truly looks like? Here at Radiant Church in Brisbane, the radiance isn’t just in the name. It’s in the spirit of the community, the warmth of the welcome, and the deep-rooted belief in the grace of God. Originally founded in 2011 as New Creation Brisbane by Pastor Percy Campbell, Radiant Church, as it was renamed in 2020, has a history as vibrant as its present. The church underwent a leadership transition in October 2019, with Pastor Joey Tai, originally from Singapore, taking the helm. Now, Pastor Tai, his wife Daisy from South Korea, and their three children, Theodore, Sophie, and Charis Jubilee, are integral parts of the Radiant Church family. Pastor Tai’s vision for Radiant Church is clear. He hopes for a church where the focus is solely on Jesus and His teachings. A church built on this foundation, he believes, will be truly radiant, full of love and unmerited favor. This belief in God’s grace permeates the church’s foundation, echoing the teachings of Pastor Joseph Prince of New Creation Church Singapore, which greatly influenced Pastor Tai. The church firmly believes in the Trinity – the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They see the Bible as God’s word and believe that Jesus Christ, the son of God, died for our sins and was resurrected. This belief in salvation through faith alone is at the core of their worship. Radiant Church isn’t just about Sundays. It’s about building a community, a place where people can connect, support each other, and grow in their faith. Nele Tauilo leads a dedicated team of volunteers, each serving God with the joy that comes from experiencing his grace. This is a church that welcomes everyone, valuing each individual’s journey with God. Radiant Church is more than just a building; it’s a testament to the power of faith, community, and the radiant love of God.
