These include men’s cross-country women’s basketball women’s soccer and women’s softball all in the 2008-2009 school year alone. The girls’ track and field team also shines. Under Coach Roy Sessions they’ve won 13 state titles. Impressive right?

Centennial’s achievements extend beyond sports. The Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) unit has earned national recognition. They’ve earned the top spot in the nation. That’s a testament to their dedication and hard work. They’ve even won the prestigious Captain Jim Harvey Award twice. This award recognizes fair play sportsmanship and pride.

Centennial High School has also produced notable alumni. These include NBA player Troy Brown Jr. extreme wheelchair athlete Aaron Fotheringham and major league baseball outfielder Tommy Pham. This impressive list of alumni shows the school’s impact on the community and beyond.
