In the heart of Las Vegas, a city known for its vibrant lights and bustling energy, lies The Four Seasons Community Church. It’s a place where the glitz and glamour of the Strip fade into the background, replaced by a sense of community and spiritual connection. The Four Seasons Community Church wasn’t always at its current location on Durango Drive. It was founded in 2004 by Pastor Bill Walker, a man with a fascinating background. Before dedicating his life to ministry, Bill was a performer on the Las Vegas Strip. “The Walkers,” a musical-comedy act featuring Bill, his sister, and his brother, graced the stages of major hotels and even appeared on national television alongside stars like The Osmonds and Sonny Bono. This experience shaped his approach to ministry, bringing a unique blend of showmanship and sincerity to The Four Seasons Community Church. In 2010, the church found its home in the Edna/Durango Plaza. This marked a significant step in its growth, providing a permanent space for the congregation to gather and worship. In 2022, The Four Seasons Community Church joined the Assemblies of God fellowship, further solidifying its place in the Christian community of Las Vegas. Pastor Bill’s wife, Stephanie Webb-Walker, also plays an active role in the church. With a background in entertainment herself, having toured with the “Mickey Finn Show,” Stephanie brings her musical talents and vibrant energy to the worship services. She serves in various ministries, including the worship team, Sunday School, and Ladies Ministry Events. Beyond her contributions to the church, Stephanie also works as a financial advisor in Las Vegas, demonstrating her commitment to both spiritual and practical matters. The Four Seasons Community Church is more than just a building. It’s a testament to the power of transformation and the enduring spirit of community in a city that never sleeps.
