Rising majestically above the Las Vegas Strip Allure Las Vegas is a sight to behold. This isn’t just a building. It’s a statement a testament to luxury high-rise living in the heart of the desert.
Allure Las Vegas is more than just condos. It’s a 41-story architectural marvel. Designed by EDI Architecture it was completed in 2007. The initial plan was for twin towers. However the Great Recession and an oversupply of condos halted that ambitious vision. The single tower that stands today is a striking example of modernism its 466-foot height once making it the tallest residential building in Las Vegas.
This wasn’t always intended to be a residential high-rise. The land was once envisioned for a hotel and casino. Andrew Fonfa the original developer initially proposed a Hilton Garden Inn with a casino. Later plans shifted to twin condominium towers. These were to be a significant residential project unseen in the area since the 1950s. Fonfa partnered with Fifield Companies to realize this ambitious project.
The construction was a spectacle. The groundbreaking was in 2005. Bovis Lend Lease was the contractor. The building’s distinctive rooftop crown ornament was a late addition. It slowly took shape as the tower rose floor by floor. Construction concluded in 2007.
Today Allure offers 428 units. Studio one two and three-bedroom condos exist. Tower suites and two-level penthouses also are available. The high ceilings floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies give a sense of spaciousness. The interiors are finished with modern touches including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The amenities are extraordinary. There’s a state-of-the-art fitness center. An outdoor pool with private cabanas provides a relaxing escape. Concierge services are available 24/7. A media room a private library and a business center cater to various needs. Allure also is pet-friendly. The location is unparalleled. It’s one block from Las Vegas Boulevard and minutes from the Downtown and Art District. Shopping dining and casinos are nearby.
The Allure is a unique piece of Las Vegas history. It stands as a symbol of ambition resilience and the enduring appeal of high-rise living in the entertainment capital of the world. It’s a place where the luxury of a high-rise meets the thrill of the Las Vegas Strip.
