In 1980 a small group gathered for prayer and Bible study. This was the humble beginning of Abundant Life Alliance Church. They met in a farmhouse. Within a month sixty-four people attended services. The congregation quickly outgrew the farmhouse. They moved to the Roberts Park building. Four years later they needed even more space. Services then took place at River Falls High School auditorium. The church purchased twenty acres of land. This was for a permanent home to accommodate its continued growth. In the fall of 1982 a school was founded. Good Shepherd Christian Academy offered a Christian education. It later merged with Trinity Academy in Hudson. Abundant Life Alliance Church’s first building phase finished in October 1986. In 1991 a new sanctuary opened. It seated 400. That same year Abundant Life Christian Learning Center began. It served over 100 children daily. The church supported missionaries. Rev Roger and Myrna Eilers served in Minsk Belarus. They established a sister church and Bible school. The church also supported the founding of Christ for the Nations Poland. In the year 2000 remodeling added classrooms for the learning center. In September 2025 Abundant Life Church celebrated its 45th anniversary. Its history is a testament to unwavering faith and remarkable growth. The church’s journey reflects the dedication of its members and leadership. It continues to serve its community. Its legacy extends beyond its walls through its missionaries and educational initiatives. Abundant Life Alliance Church stands as a beacon of faith and community in its area.
