This institute, a part of Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering, carries the name of a true pioneer, He Xiangning. She was the first president of Zhongkai Agricultural and Industrial School, the predecessor of the university. Today, the He Xiangning Art and Design Institute boasts a vibrant community. Over 1,340 students fill its halls, pursuing their passions in fields like visual communication design, product design, environmental design, and digital media art. A dedicated faculty of over 60, including professors, associate professors, and lecturers, guides them on their creative journeys. The institute is a hub of innovation, holding the distinction of being a provincial specialty program for visual communication design and a provincial comprehensive reform pilot program for product design.
