Lakewood Church of the Nazarene has a dedicated staff. Dr. Tim Stearman and Dr. Jim Diehl serve as Interim Pastors. Randy Garmon is the Pastor of Worship Ministries. He joined the Lakewood family in June 2008. Randy loves family and good friends. He enjoys reading and making music. Preaching and lifestyle worship are passions. He encourages people to bring authentic worship to God.
Carol Alberts directs the Children’s Ministries. She is a Colorado native. She loves working with children. She teaches them about the love of Jesus. Her goal is to help kids love God. She wants them to grow closer to Him. She encourages them to spread God’s word.
Ofelia and Jorge Martinez are Pastors of Hispanic Ministries. They love God. They reach out to people. They share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They do this through Bible study and fellowships. They lead a spirited Hispanic worship service.
Bev Garmon is the Office Manager. She accommodates the pastors and ministry leaders. She also serves as the financial secretary. Bev directs Sunday School and Discipleship Ministries. She works with Women’s Ministry and Worship Ministries too.
Lakewood Church of the Nazarene is becoming a sent people. Members go into homes and workplaces. They reach out to communities and villages. They serve in other cities and countries. God calls ordinary people to do extraordinary things. This is made possible by the Holy Spirit.
