Peeking out from San Li Tun Dong, the Turkish Embassy in Beijing stands as a symbol of enduring friendship. The embassy has been serving at its current location since July 3, 1972. But its story began even earlier. Diplomatic relations between Turkey and China were established on August 4, 1971.

Within the Turkish Embassy walls, many offices work diligently. These include the Armed Forces Attaché, Agricultural Counsellor, Commercial Counsellor, Economic Counsellor, and Culture and Tourism Counsellor. The Press Counsellor, Interior Affairs Counsellor and Educational Counsellor also operate here. These dedicated individuals foster collaboration between Turkey and China.

The Turkish Embassy in Beijing is more than just a building. It provides essential consular services to a vast area. Its jurisdiction covers mainland China, excluding certain provinces. Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang are handled by the Shanghai Consulate General. Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, and Hainan fall under the Guangzhou Consulate General. Hong Kong and Macao are managed by the Hong Kong Consulate General.
